Sessions are held at either the Dana Warp Mill in Westbrook, Maine @ the Bodhi Shop, 90 Bridge St. Suite #340C or 306 Congress St Portland, Maine @ Blue Heron Synergy. After booking please look for an email from Molly confirming the location details.

In Westbrook there is parking in front of the building or at the end of the street in a lot dedicated to visitors of the Mill. There is also 2-hour on-street parking across from the Mill. Take the stairs at "Door 6" entrance to the 3rd floor and the Shop is across the hall to your left. Take the elevator at "Door 7 “ (the entrance under the awning )to the 3rd floor and wrap around to your left to suite 340, The Bodhi Shop.  

In Portland there is 1-hour parking on Congress Street and Hampshire Street with a few lucky 2-hour parking spots on Federal Street.
