if you are new to the practice of ashtanga please plan to begin your practice on a wednesday morning during the hours of instruction (7:30 - 9:30a).   visitors with an established practice please contact mollyhuntcs@gmail.com to confirm hours and instructions for the door code.

Mysore Practice Group Membership and Drop-In Pricing:              

 Unlimited open practice + guided classes:  $150/month                                              

 4-6 days per week: $100/ month                                                                                              

2-4 days per week: $80/month                                                                                                  

 1-2 days per week: $50/month                                                                                      

Drop-in: $10                                                                                                                                

Drop-in + instruction= $15
